Open Your Workspace Inbox

Open Inbox from the Workspace sidebar.

Area	What it shows
Header	Title, workspace email chip, copy, Email/Phone toggles, Refresh
Left list	Conversations with search, sorting, and unread badges
Right panel	Selected thread: body, participants, and attachments

Toggle	What you see
Email	Mail threads for the workspace inbox address
Phone	SMS threads for the workspace phone number, if enabled
